Welcome to the 2026 APWA New York Chapter Annual Conference Registration page.

PLEASE NOTE:

ONE (1) PERSON per registration.  

If you are registering for someone else, it is pertinent that you put the name of the person attending the conference and that particular person’s information.

EXHIBITORS – Please check off each event you plan to attend.

EXHBITORS – If you have an exhibitor representative attending, they need to register separately using their information AND please check off each event they plan to attend.

SPONSORSHIP - AWARDS BANQUET DINNER AND CEREMONY
Sponsorship includes two dinner guests, company logo to be placed on all signage at the event as well as a full-page ad in the Conference Brochure and Awards Program.		 $1,500.00
SPONSORSHIP - PRE-CONFERENCE NETWORKING EVENT AT THE DELTA BY MARRIOTT UTICA
Sponsorship includes your company logo to be placed on all signage at the event as well as a full-page ad in the Conference Brochure.		 $1,000.00
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
Be an Exhibitor and promote your company at the APWA 2026 Annual Conference. Exhibitor Registration includes one (1) person admission to the Networking Event on Tuesday evening, breakfast both Wednesday and Thursday, Lunch on Wednesday, and the Awards Banquet Wednesday Evening. Any additional booth attendees/representative will need to register separately, using their own name. If you are registering for another person, please be sure to put their name and not your own. Be sure to check which events you will be attending at the bottom of the screen.		 $800.00
SPONSORSHIP - BREAKFAST BUFFET (THURSDAY & FRIDAY)
Sponsorhip includes a sign promoting your sponsorship in the Breakfast Area and a full-page ad in the Conference Brochure.		 $700.00
SPONSORSHIP - LOGO ON REGISTRATION GIFT
Sponsorship includes your custom logo along with the Chapter logo on the registration gift. Sponsorship also includes a full-page ad in the Conference Brochure.		 $600.00
SPONSORSHIP - "KNOW BEFORE YOU GO" ATTENDEE EMAIL
Sponsoship includes your custom message and logo in a "Know Before You Go" email that will be seen by all registered attendees prior to the conference. Sponsorship also includes a full-page ad in the Conference Brochure.		 $500.00
SPONSORSHIP - APPETIZER STATION AT COCKTAIL RECEPTION
Sponsorship includes a sign promoting your sponsorship in the cocktail reception area and a full-page ad in the Conference Brochure.		 $500.00

Sponsorship includes your custom logo on the screen in all three (3) breakout rooms at the conference. (Provide your logo at your earliest convenience.) Sponsorship also includes a full-page ad in the Conference Brochure.		 $500.00

A poster board sign promoting your sponsorship will be placed at the registration table for ALL to see as well as a full-page ad in the Conference Brochure.		 $500.00

FULL CONFERENCE NON-MEMBER REGISTRATION (One Registration Per Person)
Registration Includes: Technical Sessions Thursday & Friday, Breakfast on both Thursday & Friday. Lunch on Thursday, and the Awards Banquet Thursday evening. If you are not current on your membership dues or have never been a member you are a non-member.		 $370.00
FULL CONFERENCE MEMBER REGISTRATION (One Registration Per Person)
Registration Includes: Technical Sessions Thursday & Friday, Breakfast on both Thursday & Friday. Lunch on Thursday, and the Awards Banquet Thursday evening. 		$270.00
EXHIBITOR BOOTH REPRESENTATIVE
Exhibitor Booth Representative Registration includes one (1) person admission to the Networking Event on Tuesday evening, breakfast both Wednesday and Thursday, Lunch on Wednesday, and the Awards Banquet Wednesday Evening. Any additional booth representatives need to register separately using their own name. If you are registering for another person, please be sure to put their name and not your own.
